You are taking the first step in unlocking the door to healing and potential just by searching for someone with whom to talk. This can be an intimidating process. Just in beginning your research, you have taken that challenging step towards an enriching and life-fulfilling journey of self-care. Finding someone you are comfortable with can make all the difference in your progress towards healing.


Are we a good fit?

I try to see the world through your lens, empathizing with where you are coming from.

I believe you have the ability to live your life fully and would like to empower you to do so.

We are not islands. I chose a degree of study in our training that taught us how to think about the bigger pictures of clients' lives. While we may feel like our problems exist in ourselves or in one area of our lives, chances are that they exist in and because of how our lives are put together - through our relationships. I keep this in mind and look for how this may be working, regardless if I am working with an individual, a couple, or a family.
